Elisabetta is a Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist with extensive experience supporting children, families and vulnerable people. She is the mother of Umberto, Lucca's best friend. She brings to the Foundation both her professional expertise and a personal understanding of who Lucca was.

Guilherme is a widely respected cardiologist in the United States, working as a Concierge Cardiologist and a Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiologist. He is also a physician executive, healthcare entrepreneur and philanthropist. Guilherme is a cousin of Lucca's father, Aloisio Tavares, and joins the Board to help the family turn Lucca's legacy into lasting impact.

Roberto is President of Associação Metamorfose in Niterói, Brazil, and has dedicated much of his life to supporting autistic people and their families. Metamorfose gave Lucca enormous support in his early years in Brazil, and Roberto's team was among the first to care for him. Roberto speaks of that connection with great pride, and it inspired him to help carry Lucca's legacy forward.

Angus brings a wealth of professional experience, wisdom and leadership. He was the line manager of Lucca's father, Aloisio Tavares, at the international company DNV, where Aloisio came to see him as a true example and inspiration, admired for his integrity and his ability to inspire others. The family is deeply honoured that he accepted the invitation to become a Trustee of a Foundation created in Lucca's memory.

Aloisio is Lucca's father and the founder of Brick's Foundation. He lives in Dubai with his wife, Shirlei, and has built an international career at DNV. Over the years, he and Shirlei watched Lucca grow, surprise everyone around him and flourish in his own way. When God called Lucca back home in 2026, Aloisio created the Foundation so that Lucca's chosen name, Brick, would keep helping autistic people and their families. He hopes it brings understanding, support and recognition to them all.

Brick's Foundation is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO). These documents explain how the charity is set up and run. Anyone is welcome to read and download them.
